Cancellation

For our standard products, you may cancel the order anytime till the product is dispatched. Typically dispatch happens within 1-2 days of receiving the order.

If you’d like to cancel a Custom Mix order, please let us know ASAP by writing to [email protected] We’ll cancel the order if preparation for your Custom Mix has not begun.

We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or order confirmation email). You can expect your refund to be processed within 10-15 business days.

As these are food items, once the product is dispatched, we do not offer any cancellations or refunds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
